No Increase in our Annual Dues and Service Fees

The Board in its first meeting held January 12, 2019 has decided that there will be NO INCREASE in the association dues and maintenance fees for this year. The dues will remain at P26.00 per sq.m. and the maintenance fee at P3,000 per household.

A 5% discount will be given to those who pay on or before February 15, 2019. Deadline of payment is March 15, 2019 after which a 2%penalty per month or fraction therefof will be imposed.

You may pay your dues as soon as you receive your statement.

Further information regarding Rules & Rates for this year NGA sticker will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Security Matters


We will continue to strictly enforce all existing village rules & regulations pertaining the following:

  • Board Resolution #29-2001 – Resolution to have unattended/unserviceable vehicles parked along the streets inside the village towed out if no action forthcoming from the owners.
  • Board Resolution #4-2002 – resolution to enforce and extend the “NO PARKING” Rule on “T” lots.
  • ONLY vehicles with NGA green stickers can park inside the village. Residents with multiple vehicles must first park in their garage and driveways before parking on the streets infront of their houses NOT infront of other residents.

     NOTE: PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT PARKING IN THE STREETS ARE A PRIVILEGE GIVEN TO US BY THE ASSOCIATION AND NOT AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT….
  • Board Resolution #7-2018 –Resolution disallowing Commercial and Oversized vehicles from parking inside the village. They will be given RED stickers ONLY and be allowed to park inside their garage or at Johnson parking area for a minimal fee of P3,000/month/vehicle.
  • NO PARKING FOR NGA RED STICKERS – vehicles with NGA RED stickers or inter-village (NEGA) are NOT ALLOWED to park inside the village.
  • Board Resolution #4-2018 – Resolution allowing utility companies to cut-off utility connection of the delinquent resident.

Administrative Matters

We are happy to announce that we shall continue to carry out regular maintenance/improvement of our village such as; misting and pouring, grass cutting and trimming, improvement of our facilities in order to maintain their attractiveness, safety and wellbeing of our residents and visitors as well.

  • We have completed the Phase 4 of CCTV systems
  • Ramp for the Social Hall will be completed 1st quarter of this year
  • Johnson Admin turn around driveway
  • Polycarbonate installation at Buchanan Walkway
  • Polycarbonate installation at Admin Office
  • Polycarbonate installation for Madison guardhouse and Admin building
  • Installation of new rubber humps in critical areas
  • McKinley Pavilion improvement

We will continue to support our events like:

  • Saturday Mass
  • Valentines Party/Chinese New year
  • Christmas Party
  • Halloween Party
  • Back To School & Feeding Program.
  • Zumba Class
